Royal Crown Hotel & Spa

the staff we first rate. The hotel offered a huge buffet breakfast including fresh egg station. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were large and clean. The pool was a great feature after a day of exploring temples.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado frente a la playa, la piscina, el restaurante y las habitaciones todo excelente. La gente muy amable. La decoración muy linda.

The staff were friendly and amazing, the location was central.

The food could use a bit more love, Breakfast was great! But dinners were a bit average.

The location was perfect, with walking tours, pharmacy, restaurants and the downtown core at short walking distances. The staff was super friendly and accommodated simple requests.

The bed was too hard. The furniture is a bit old, which is part of the charm, and everything else is fully functional. The only thing I would change is the actual mattress. It is way too hard to sleep on the side or even sit up. I requested they add a layer, to which the staff happily complied. It was a bit better, but not really comfortable. For the Royal Crown Suite, I would have expected a better-quality mattress.

The location was perfect, the pools were fantastic, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were all so very nice and pleasant.

What I didn’t like about the property had nothing to do with service at the hotel. We invited our Khmer friends/kids to stay with us for the weekend and the looks they received from some of the other international guests was disgusting. Reminding travellers to always be respectful to the people of Cambodia, you are in their country.

L’emplacement, le côté colonial, la décoration des parties communes. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le sky bar très agréable. Piscine sympa

Certaines lampes ne s’éteignaient pas donc pour dormir nous étions obligés d’éteindre le général, du coup pas de climatisation ! La salle de bain et les toilettes ne fermaient pas entièrement : pas génial !
