Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Ruhe.

Wir sind das 2.Mal in dieser Gegend zum Testen gewesen, die Aussicht der Terrasse war das Schönste. Alles andere bei Genauem Hinschauen schmuddelig. Den ersten Tag habe ich erst mal geputzt, alle Kissenbezüge vom Balkonsofa sowie Kissen innen gewaschen, da alle fleckig. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir gekauft, da die Espresso für den Ofen defekt. Das Haus ist ekelhaft dreckig, ebenso die hinteren 2 Pool, in welchen man vor Dreck [Baumblätter u.a.] nicht baden konnte. Schmutzige Gardinen, welche ewig kein Wasser gesehen haben. Für die Sonnenliege gab's keine Auflage, ebenso keine Strandhandtücher. Da dies mal eine Hotelanlage war, welche pleite gegangen ist, fehlt das Geld an allen Ecken und Enden. Überall bröckelt der Putz ab. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist zu teuer. Täglich konnte man eine Putzfrau beobachten, welche mit primitiven Mitteln über den alten Putz versucht hat, zu streichen. Gleichzeitig kehrte diese am nächsten Tag die Kakerlaken weg, welche der Rohrreiniger nach oben brachte. Einfach nur ekelig.

Very nice and clean appartement. Close to the beach. Stores, restaurants and supermarket were nearby

There should be always enough of standard equipment available like toilet paper or dish liquid.

Our apartment was excellent. Very modern interior and very well equipped with everything you need. We had a lovely large balcony with nice furniture and a beautiful sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful and the check-in/check-out procedures easy

Nothing

Nothing! Very bad communication - they dont respond to problems. If you complain about a problem they insult you very hard. DAVE is very rude and sent me hate messages. CRAZY person! Don´t go!!!!! On top the appartment is in a OLD run down Complex and it smells bad - like there has been a pet inside. Dog or cat - very smelly.

Very bad BED - its not a normal matress, very hard and discomfortable. Could not sleep in this bed at all! The Internet was MISSING. There was NO Router in the appartment when I arrived. They tried to give me other Wifi codes that where not even available. Then the girl switched off her phone saying she was not available. After many messages back and forth In the morning they delivered a Router to my appartment when I had already left the place. Then they say they did everything to take care of the issue. This is a lie because if there is no Router available then they have to say "No internet" what is not acceptable. When I left I could not get out of the gate even the guy in charge told me HE WILL OPEN me I just need to call him. So I thought he has a remote control or something but the truth is that they let you sit in your car till some other car eventually opens the gate -- so you have to sit and wait for someone else and you dont know when this will be. GATE IS CLOSED and nobody is on the entrance. TERRIBLE !!!! On top The Guy DAVID insulted me on several messages because I was complaining about this issues. Its a SHAME how they treat the client.
