My room was dirty. Facies left in toilet. Mirrors filthy. Only gave me one towel and it had stains all over it

Manger in morning shift tried to charge us again for ort fees we had paid the previous night,and these prices were different than the original price we paid previously and as we tried to show her with receipts and also told her to check her cameras,and also showed her where it was taken from our debit card,she still had a rotting attitude, but other than that it was decent

The location was convenient for me.

The same minimal accommodations is an understatement. No coffee maker, no hairdryer. Minimal towels which after they cleaned the room you had to go downstairs to the front office and ask for replacements. While I was there, I noticed a sign saying weekly rentals two rolls of toilet paper only. Also the marble in the bathroom were held up on the top by drywall screws.
