This was bad. Paid for deluxe king, the pictures on the ad are NOT what we were given. Definitely deceptive. The linens were DIRTY. Had to go chase someone down to get more. The emploee who met us was definitely drunk/drinking on the job. He had a beer in his hand while he was telling me I couldn't swap out my linens myself. I'm pretty sure there was a guy riding out his high in his vehicle just pulled up by the curb in the drive around. It has clearly been turned into some type of long term housing and was very trashy, like literally, junk everywhere. There were people/kids screaming and frequently hitting our door with things. The bathroom door didn't have a latch. The floor had puddled water in one corner. The TV didn't work right, and there was no coffee maker or iron. When i asked about an iron, I was told they weren't that kind of facility. This place screamed projects, and it smelled like someone doused the room in old people vanilla musk. Absolutely will not go back, wish I could have afforded to take the hit of a partial refund and rent a different place. And they lost my reservation.

Our first room had dirty sheets on both beds we got moved to a new room and it was still dirty so we just dealt with it. Smelled like weed in room had cockroaches everywhere not the the photos online at all. Really wish I didn’t wasted my $$

There was nothing nice about my stay except for I thought the woman at the front desk....I'm not sure what about me made this woman think that I would prefer to be in the backside of the building where it was overflowing with junkies and people fighting and drug dealers instead of the front where there was absolutely no commotion. . Then the room was impossible to turn the freaking light on when I walked in, I almost wish I hadn't found the light. The sink had stuff all in it, and the towels in the bathroom and hand towel had blood stains all over them. Every last one of them. The tub and toilet had not even been wiped down they both literally had actual shit all in them. I had to get bleach from the front desk to clean it myself. Then I couldn't sleep at all because somewhere in the hotel they were banging and moving furniture from 10 til 2am. It was probably the grossest hotel I have ever been too. I'm not sure how they think it's worth almost 100$ a night, it should be shut down for sanitation reasons.

There was nothing I did like. I liked to have not gotten a room there.
