"Nice apartment on good location but..."

Location is great, the apartment is nice and comfy, good value for the money

Only thing that spoiled my stay is that I came in the evening, there was no soap in the room (and the markets were closed) and the boiler in bathroom was off, so I was showering with a cold water... I think that it would not kill your business to turn on the boiler before somebody comes and to buy guest soaps for 50 cents

"Nice stay somewhere else!"

Unfortunately we were unable to stay in this apartment because of a plumbing issue on the day of arrival. The management company contacted us and arranged for us to stay in another apartment across the street. All handled very well. The other apartment was great.

"UNRELIABLE owner"

Flat was not cleaned. We agreed with owner that we leave and will not stay. Since then there is no refund even we agreed that we will get back our money.
