"star in a bad neighborhood"

a wonderful apartment, well-equipped, a kitchen perfect for a longer stay, there is even a stove to heat the room in winter, equipped with a large supply of wood

The area gives a bad impression, that we parked the car on the main street. The owner claims that the area will be tidied up soon, but for now it looks bad. The fact is that it was quiet at night and maybe it's actually safe

"Bad experience 🙁"

We didn’t go inside the apartment because the entrance is difficult to access with scaffolding at the entrance and mess with debris, puddles of water. Very dirty and no parking. I was not informed of these conditions when I made the booking just that it is a little mess because some renovations. It was difficult to find the place and we didn’t get more info to find it. We pay in advance and we didn’t get any refund. It was a bad experience and the owner didn’t informe us correctly and don’t accept to cancel the booking.

The building was in renovation, but it was ok.
