Great caravan, hot tub was very nice, lots of amenities, nice and clean and bed was very comfortable the owners were very helpful with any queries
Only downside the WiFi wasn't working too well which didn't bother me too much but my little girl wanted to watch netflix in the evenings and use utube

Beware ! ! the owner of this property does not like giving you back your deposit!!!! My daughter and I have had a struggle to get her to answer any contact we tried , i the end contacted Booking.com for their help ,,,, The accommodation was clean if in need of a few upgrades.

I had such a good time with the kids they was quick to take my deposit and it has been over 2 weeks now and I haven’t received the 200 pounds back I have sent numerous emails and all of a sudden I can’t get a reply to reassure me what’s happening with my money if I don’t hear nothing back soon I will be going to the local authorities as I have chicken to pay for and I don’t think this is fair
The service I have received once they have got my money and being ignored when it’s time to pay it back

Some aspects of property could do with being modernised and some touch up needed to decor. Outside area could do with a re fresh.

The location was good albeit a little far away from the amenities on site however that was ok. The caravan was lovely and clean and very comfortable with home comforts including an air fryer!! Lovely welcome packs including toiletries and tea and coffee and the hot tub was fab!
