GBGBEasy to walk to town and train station across the road. Lovely tea rooms below. Accommodation was very tasteful.
The slats on our bed had fallen out. It took 3 days and 5 calls to get someone to fix it. Parking outside is only for 1 hour and no return for 2 hours. There is pay as you go near by about £6 - £7 a day. The shower drain was blocked. I had to prod it with a stick. I hadn't taken my rubber gloves to clean it properly. The property on the whole was good. Without these issues it would have been great.

Parking was problematic. Nearest long stay was 200m away up a hill. Difficult to access with mobility issues.

GBThis was our second stay at sleepers number 8 it did not disappoint just like home from home very clean well decorated everything you need quiet location excellent for shops and especially the NYMR steam railway we love this property and the location and will be booking our third stay soon why shop around when this property is everything you need for a fabulous stay in Pickering north Yorkshire see you soon Stephen And Marjorie
Nothing at all ten out of ten we love to stay at this property and will be re booking our next stay very soon sorry to have to leave until next time

Just was the parking which was an issue but that would be the only thing.

Arrival instructions we had some admin issues with door code info eventually requested by phone additional non returnable breakage fee unexpected. Heating off including towel rail , unable to turn on to dry towels indoors when raining
GBGBA lovely modern stay which is so close to the shops and local walks.
GBIt was lovely and clean. Spacious for two with a comfy bed. Really nice terrace to sit on as well. Within v ery easy reach for the town centre.
The terrace was very open for the next doors builders and the cafe customers to see. Some sort of screening would be good
