Cozy Adventure Pad Near Downtown - Rose Tree 2

The place is very cozy, it is very well located, very close to the main street. The cleaning of the unit was very good, thanks to HK for their excellent work. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Moab

Everything was wonderful. Instructions were clear and detailed, and the location was great. Away enough from the main strip to remain quiet and peaceful, while still close enough to walk with three children. Very clean and accommodating. Hot tub was great! We loved Moab and booked this place based on the reviews and the value. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive, so we went for it and we're happy we did. If we were to return to Moab, we would certainly book again.

The decor is very beautiful and we were quite comfortable for the three nights we stayed. It is located close to Arches and not too far from Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point and other sites. It is off the main street in a quiet neighborhood.

Very affordable for our family when visiting for Spring Break. We enjoyed the hot tub!

The location was perfect for us. We visited both Arches and Canyonland and this was a great spot! The communication from the host was outstanding, we had no problems.

Just personal preference, but didn't care for the mattress on the beds. Still got a good night's sleep, however.

Very quiet location. Nice jacuzzi. Very well stocked kitchen. Apparently I have to say more just to get this in the system. It was nice, not great, but nice.

The furniture has seen better days. The couch was very old and very soft. Also, no table; you have to sit at the kitchen counter. The apartment is also not as big as the photos might suggest. Even with 2 people, you will be running into each other.
