Gest Short Rent Siena 2

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water and the staff sorted it out very quickly and they were very concerned that we were happy. There is a large terrace with outstanding views but we couldn’t enjoy it much as the weather was cold and rainy and there is no cover outside.

There is no living room, so make sure you check this. There are also only 3 chairs around a small kitchen table and no other space to sit together inside. The facilities are basic.

Since we came during late fall heater was a big thing (a forced-air furnace, boiler, heat panels/towels dryer even in restroom), also electric kettle and toaster was a big bonus. Decent size of the shower. Very nice authentic and clean house with amazing terrace views , amazing experience of Tuscany taste.Very friendly and helpful host.

We were moved from our original rental (on the day of arrival) to a diff.property he manages due to an issue with the water pressure. Eduard didn’t even change the sheets from the previous people!! The bathroom was disgusting, floors dirty, etc. Eduard had many excuses and was upset with me for being upset and never apologized just sent tons of texts whining. Because we couldn’t find anywhere else to go at that time, we stayed the 1 night and left. It was awful!!! How do you put people in a situation like that and then make excuses for the lack of decency?

If you are going to Siena you HAVE to stay there. The apartment it’s not just beautiful. Is stunning. The balcony. The view. It’s overwhelming. And the host is very polite and helpful. One of the best nights of my life sitting in the balcony with that view and that silence 🤍
