GBAccomodation so poor have contacted booking.com to report. Ignored by both owner and booking.com. Deceptive advertising. Broken toilet seat, broken bedroom window. Lounge door broken unable to close, bedframe too large unable to close door Bedsheets stained. Radiator in bedroom completely rusted. Microwave chipped and unclean. Carpet stained. Towels provided stained. Inside kitchen cupboard filthy. Throws and cushions stained all over. Interior paintwork chipped and peeling throughout. Decking area neglected. Dead plants and jaded furniture. Decking requiring treated. On top of this surfaces covered in dust. Paid £392 as September break, absolutely disgusting. Park manager viewed property given concerns also noted all issues above. This is not just a few niggly issues but overall an accomodation that was completely unacceptable to be both advertised with an 8 score and an owner completely laughing at the next poor people renting same . Tried to upload video to fully inform but booking.com's link wouldn't accept.
IEBed was very comfortable
No signal or serive for phone or the telly even using the wifi that was in place. Also there was a dog barking all the time so you couldnt sit out on evening as it would keep barking at you

GBEasy to locate and access, kitchen had all we needed. Caravan is fairly small, but we could manage as a group of 5 people and a dog. We spent 3 nights and have managed to see Ninian's cave, visited Bruce's stone and Stranraer town plus obviously walked around the lochs managed to get some breathtaking pictures. We were glad for the insects net and felt cosy and warm on a chilly night too.
I missed some kind of information pack prior arrival (location of the caravan was clearly advised on the day of our check-in but I personally prefer the night before, we were not sure where the car should be parked but found out quickly upon arrival)In the caravan there was no manual or further instructions. Patryk made it clear he can help and we can get in touch, you need to bear in mind the reception is poor (at least for our mobiles was close to none), wifi is poor but we were prepared for that. TV too complicated and not working (not surprising with bad reception and poor internet), we had to watch DVDs available (thanks for that). Third bedroom window needs 2 people to be shut properly(one outside, one inside), definitely needs mending. A little suggestion, once the bedding is changed, perhaps run the top with a lint roller, as in 2 bedrooms bits of hair and dust were left on the fresh beds.
GBWell kept and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Well maintained and decorated.
Poor WiFi and complicated TV set up. Perhaps a further modernisation of furnishings.
GBHad amaizing stay.
GBThat was my second stay at this caravan. Amaizing spot, caravan has everything you need. The children were happy with soft play, swiming pool, pony ride and fishing.
GBIt was quiet but possibly too quiet.
No gate on decking so was unable to sit outside with dogs.
GBThe site was good site facility's good
The caravan to small WiFi rubbish tv rubbish
