I’ve been here since 2019 & satisfied with the room, location & staff

But now the facilities are really bad. Drap & towel are very dirty, had smell in wc. There are many ants in room. Staff’s attitude was bad as well, he even didn’t want to answer me when I asked for another room. He asked me to pay first then we check in later, so I couldn’t change the room or other hotel at least because I paid all the fee before. It’s not value for money. It’s my last time booking here.

Good value for money

No english speaking in the reception.

The staff were efficient and overall very friendly. The room was fine. Everything was what you would expect from this amount of stars.

The location wasn’t the greatest - it’s not the hotels fault roadwork and construction is on its max outside so it is pretty noisy. The hotel is located a bit far from the Night Market (if you’re walking by foot)

I have been to this hotel several times in the past and this was also a pleasant stay. I made the reservation just right after I arrived to Da Lat and had no issue checking in. Hotel location is excellent with many nearby restaurants and services. The lady at the reception desk was nice, welcoming and very attentive to my needs. Good wifi, free water, basic amenities are included.

Sound isolation could use a bit of improvement, but I guess this is hard to change after the fact. I have no issue with sleeping but could imagine people with insomnia may find it displeasing.
