Newly remodeled 8-steps to sand path of Beach!

Location was great! Host was helpful and friendly. Will stay there again.

Loved how it felt private and peaceful even though there is a lot going on. I would definitely rent again.

I was surprised at the little things that weren't provided. A full size broom, a pair of scissors, sone books or games left behind. Not a game changer by any means.

The location was more than perfect! It really is eight steps to the beach path and maybe a 4 minute walk to the beach ⛱️. They also offer beach chairs and umbrellas, which was very accommodating. We found it easy to drive or walk to shops and restaurants. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. A second bathroom would have been nice. Would definitely recommend and schedule another stay here.

We had a great stay at Dan’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. PERFECT location - literally 1 min walk to the beach. Dan was very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siesta Key.

Dan, the property manager was very easy to reach and quick to respond. The apartment is right at the end of the beach access, so amazing location.

I really liked everything. I would note that it was a ground floor unit, which is probably just getting used again since the hurricane. It seems like they are in the process of getting it back to its original shape, so is minimalist, furniture wise, but it was clean, a great location, and cute little patio area off of the living room.

Nice one bedroom apartment. Clean and stocked with everything including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Within walking distance from the beach, nice sandy path. Very quiet street, not a lot of traffic, and own parking spot on the property.

Bed was very firm.
