Had to remind the staff to clean room/make bed

Hey! The worst experience at ur property, staff was constantly asking from the 2 day that when I had to leave, secondly there many many cockroaches in the room, when asked for cutlery they never had it. These are the basics … which u expect but it was not present at all

The worst experience at ur property, staff was constantly asking from the 2 day that when I had to leave, secondly there many many cockroaches in the room, when asked for cutlery they never had it. These are the basics … which u expect but it was not present at all Whenever asked for room cleaning the started replying rudely and made all sorts of the excuses not to clean it 2 water bottles were not even provided each day which was basic and always included I had swiggy even the water bottle

I had to wait for check in when all the formalities were completed online. The room was not ready. The room provided had seepage on the walls. The bathroom floor had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was lot of noise every day especially late night throughout my 5 day stay.
