Clean, spacious, close to buses (31,81,32) and metro. Has soap, shower gel and shampoo. We found wine and water inthe fridge and one tablet for washing machine. A lot of towels. The slipers are mandatory, especially if you visit in the cold weather like us(january) The heat is assured by an Air conditioner who is functioning more in the bed area and less in the living/kitchen area. Entering in the studio is done by a code or accessing a link.

Around are many places for breakfast. But we like sea, so for breakfast we went to the beach on bus 32 about 15 min.

Everything is perfect. Perhaps it would be nice if there were not only night curtains here, but day curtains as well.

Modern, clean and very stylish. Had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. A nice location easy to get to both the beach and the old town.

I took part at a Triatlon contest in Valencia, organzied in Port area. The location was perfect. The place was ideal for recharging too for the competition. The staff was super helpful and flexible with Check out times. Highly recommended.

Amazing cozy house, situated in a good location. More than anything the staff is really helpful. I think the best service we have had this trip. 10/10 for everything.
