Extremely basic. No side lamps in living room or bedrooms making the ceiling lights the only option but they were too bright to sit under. The tv control was a mouse so Extremely fiddly to use and the batteries ran out in the remote but there no spares in the flat and no buttons on the actual TV so couldn't use it. The security light outside the twin room bedroom was so bright that the bedroom was massively affected by light pollution and affected my sleep badly. No small touches such as waste paper bins in bedrooms and when I pulled out my bedside drawers to reach the plug socket and the sofa to get a pen I dropped I was met with absolute filthy dirt and old sock even where they had never been pulled out and cleaned. Also we were only given 1 key which made going out Separately difficult. The only really good thing about this place is the location however I wouldn't stay here again unless the owner took care of everything mentioned above and also added little touches such as a couple of loo rolls and some washing liquid and sponges

The location was brilliant and easy parking. Everything you needed in the kitchen cupboards for a self catering holiday.

A very DIY decor and poor presentation. The shower curtain stank and was mouldy. Below the double bed was disgustingly dirty, we used the two singles instead. Broken blind in bedroom which was a safety hazard for kids. Suspect electrical etc etc. we have lots of photos. Misleading ads used by Around Kernow saying apartments are carefully selected and inspected.

Very nice but could with none leather sofas
