Staff were friendly and very helpful even with a language barrier at times, although the daughter Phuc told me to contact her on WhatsApp for anything and she could always communicate for me. Breakfast was lovely with a number of different options daily. They organized a scooter for us, a tour and transportation for our forward Journey. We would recommend and would stay there again when in this part of the world.

The balcony was small but it was still nice to be able to sit outside

Perfect! Not sure if I ever rated all tens but I can't say anything different. This offers the hospitality and connection of a honestly with the service and luxury of a hotel. The room was big, clean and comfy. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The family running the place were super nice and helpful, you have a separate access though, so can keep distance when you like. The whole family is so heartfelt lovely. The location itself can not be better. A very short and cheap grab ride to Hoi An old town (or a bycicle ride through rice paddies), a variety of restaurants, spas, shops within two minutes (walk) and similar way to the beach. You can see the hectic old town or the busy beach town and have a peaceful retreat, while still getting the benefits of town/beach with little to no effort. The rooms were super clean. I was in the room with the patio, which was a nice spacious place. To what I saw also the balconies if the other rooms were a decent size, not like in many other places. I got a tour via hotel, 30% less than the next cheapest offer I could find. You can rent a (good!) scooter or bicycle via this place. I have tried a number of places on the past in Hoi An and on the beaches, I absolutely recommend this one

Wonderful hostess, the rooms were comfortable and the clean. Rooms were cleaned daily and resupplied and they even gave us beach and swimming pool towels. 5 minute walk tot he beach!

Wir waren fast 3 Wochen hier und haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Lage perfekt, das Frühstück Abwechslungsreich und die Gastgeber erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch -> Roller-Verleih, Ausflüge, Airportshuttle, Wäscheservice, Massage... um nur einige zu nennen. Der Pool ist perfekt um sich abzukühlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unglaublich gut. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Grande chambre, salle de bain moderne et impeccable avec espace douche séparé du reste de la salle de bain pour ne pas tout inonder. La piscine est petite mais très agréable pour se rafraîchir. Accueil souriant. Situé tout près du marché et pas loin de la plage.

Staff molto accogliente, struttura bella e pulita. Ottimo posizione per andare a piedi in spiaggia. Offrono tanti servizi a prezzi convenienti, consigliato anche Mimi spa

Amazing hosts, who were super friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable!! Breakfast was awesome, the beds were super comfortable and the pool is amazing!!

The host are very welcome and response to all the needs during our stay. The house is easy access to the beach and just 15 minutes by motorbike to Hoi An old city! And the most important thing for us: the house is located in a very quiet area and car can park easier in front of the house.

Nothing, the house is more than what we expected with the price so nothing to complain about.
