Amazing property, great location and will definitely be back.

No filters for the coffee machine which was a let down and there were previous guests belongings (vape pens etc) in some of the drawers so i feel like the cleaning between stays probably wasn’t in depth enough.

We were in a suite on the 25th floor for the New year's fireworks show; it was absolutely amazing to watch the show in comfort. And the spa tub was AMAZING!!

The view was beautiful

Got woken up at about 9:00 a.m. from a fire alarm drill and it lasted like 30 minutes to 40 minutes and then I tried to get a later check out and they wouldn't give it to me

The location

It’s dingy and old. From the lobby to the room it smells like an old storage facility and the smell is being masked by all kinds of fragrances. The room was old, carpet needs to be changed. It just felt gross the entire experience, I could not stay here and had to leave

"Tighten up your partnership with 3rd party bookings or Do Better MGM!"

The front desk several times mentioning that we booked via 3rd party. No printed receipt upon checkout, no clean towels, because we booked thru a 3rd party. Well the price was cheaper with Bookings.com. I’m a MGM subscriber and still no discount better than Bookings.com.
