"I will never come back to this hotel."

Loved the structure of the hotel.

Parking situation was HORRIBLE! My wife needs walking assistance and valet after 9 pm was never available. I had to park my car in self parking and walk far to get back to my hotel. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had never again staying here.

"traumatizing"

we booked for the location. I booked two suites and was extremely disappointed they put us in separate towers.

1. They could not find our booking and were rude at the front desk. Told us to talk to Booking. com which we could not do. 2. initially gave us keys to an occupied room and we walked in on them. 2. Got to our room and it was disgusting: food, trash, bedding everywhere, balcony window open with lots of bugs flying /crawling around, bathrooms gross. hotel said they could do nothing because it was after 5:00 so we had to stay somewhere else! They couldn’t clean the room until the middle of next day so we couldn’t get ready for the wedding there. Never got to stay there and had to pay for rooms in another hotel. 3. Criminal that Booking.com didn’t step up in this extremely stressful situation and the hotel couldn’t help or wouldn’t. (James from the hotel tried but no one would help him either !!!)4. The other suite my brother stayed in had to have 7 light bulbs replaced and work done on the bathroom. 5. We expect our money back in full. We won’t be using this app or this hotel.
