Lots of ants in the room, bathroom and kitchen. No kitchen towel. Cleaning is not good too.

The kitchen faucet when we came in, is already leaking. I messaged the owner but to no avail they didn't reply. They only acknowledge the problem when it's too late and when we're about to leave.
