It looked nice

It had a bad smell ants bugs and flys very dirty

It's really nice and stuff very friendly

I feel very satisfied with these people who own this property I worked with them they were great I rented for 7 days after I did another 6 days because I liked it it was useful publix close to the beach almost everything I needed for sure when I return to miami I will rent again

The window front door doesn’t not lock at all, the property seems to have a permanent smell which wasn’t pleasant, the grass was unkept and the owner needs a new pool table

The floors were dusty, I had to broom and improvise mopping, because there wasn’t any. I brought cleaning products and sprays to fix the smell

Camper with people living in the back yard. Cameras inside covered by paper and paper towels. Very dirty bathroom mostly but all rooms were not cleaned well, all the walls were dirty and there was a Broken fridge door and blinds. Pics are not up to date, there is different furniture than what’s shown in the pics. The pool table did not look at all like the photo, it was run down and wrapped so much it was unplayable. The back yard was overgrown in the spots that grass was poking thru the fake grass as well as the front yard. There was a lot of dried up dog feces outside. All smoke detector spots were empty and there was no fire extinguisher in case of a fire.
