Condo for a family or a group in Bacolod City.

Location of the property is great, near Metro mall and restaurants. There is 7-11 convenience store nearby.

The property is being advertised as a 2-door apartment when it’s actually a one-door condo unit. We thought 3 people will comfortably fit but we were a bit cramped.

It is located in the city, just opposite side of a Mall, easy access to land transportation. The property has adequate security personnel.

I noticed that there is no provision for garbage chutes wherein you can just throw your trash by opening the chute. An inconvenience to carry your trash inside the passenger lift ( i did not see a service lift) and place it in the garbage holding area on the ground floor.

Location and staff (security guards)

The entire condo requires a thorough cleaning, the ceiling fan, shelves, under the beds are very dusty. Both air conditioned needs cleaning. The bathroom is super smelly. Too many cockroaches given that we always throw our rubbish everyday.

Location was great. The place was clean and all the appliances work. The owner was quick in responding to my questions.

It was a splendid stay for me and my family, so much so, that we felt a bit homesick, not from the City of Bacolod itself, but actually from the coziness of the unit. My sons especially enjoyed the amenities inside the unit (Alexa, Wi-Fi, LED TV, bed in the living room) and outside (swimming pool). Truly a home away from home. (^_^) v
