The only good thing about this place is the location.

This was by far the worst place I ever stayed in my life. First of all, the check-in and check-out times were not respected, the rooms were not ready in the time frame shown, also we had no left the room and someone was standing there to get the key half hour before the checkout time, which is not professional we had the feeling that the property was overbooked. The property had about 15 people staying over and only one of the bathrooms was working properly. Of the other two available, one had a problem with the lock which I ended up locked up for a good 5min and the other one had the shower tray flooded, I had to turn off the water in the middle of the shower otherwise the water would've gone everywhere. The towels left for us were not enough, when I asked one of the staff for another one whilst they were doing cleaning in another room they simply denied it. The few towels that we had available for us were slightly bigger than a face tower and they were as thin as a napkin. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and had no toilet paper. Last, but not least, it's impossible to sleep as the rooms were extremely hot, it does have a ceiling fan which seems only for decoration as it makes no difference whether is on or off, so you have no choice but to open the windows and try to sleep with all the noise coming from the traffic as the apartment is on located in a Main Street. Also, I was caught by surprise when I arrived at the property and released that it is a HOSTEL, which I have no problem staying in. It should be put clearly in the title of your advert as the way shown on the website can easily mislead people to book it thinking that you’re booking a full apartment. Overall very disappointed.

Due to no airconditioning, windows were open, but then it's extremely noisy even during the night.

New furnished apartment, clean, nice atmosphere. There were 3 bathrooms, so it was ok for all guests. A nice kitchen as well, nice wine glasses too :)) Very good location, easy to get to and from the airport with 100E bus

The staff was extremely sweet, patient and helpful surrounding every concern or question my family or I had. The appartement has 6 bedrooms(of which I've seen) and 3 shared bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room is also shared. The place is extremely clean and everything looks brand new. There is no parking available from the host, but you could either leave your car on the street(if you are lucky enough to find a spot) or there were a few (kind of expensive) parking lots available on the block.

It is placed on the main street, where there are a lot of cars and trams constantly, which might get noisy at night (I personally didn't have any problem with it, but it might be a factor to consider). The rooms were extremely hot, mainly during the day, but even during the night. There is a ceiling fan, but honestly I don't think it did much to fight the extreme heat. You could also open the windows, but that would let the noise from outside in. The room my family and I had was a bit cramped since there was a roomy bed and an extendable sofa paired with a dresser, 2 nightstands and a small table(you can probably see most of these in the images uploaded by the host).

They were ready to hear about anything and tried to help us.

The rooms are too close together.

Location was good, facilities in unit were new and clean, if we had any other room in this shared accommodation it would have been great

VERY important information about this room. The ceiling height is only 5’5” I’m 6’ This is a loft room and sits above the bathrooms There is no window in this room or ventilation, we had to leave our door open ☹️ The steep stairs come from common area Towels, toilet paper in lack of supply

I do not recommend for several reasons: access to the location is difficult: you receive an email with instructions, but they are not respected, you enter the building by accessing a code, then you have to look for a key in a mailbox, but it is not there, but somewhere else, you have to call several times to receive other indications to reach the access door that takes you to a common, well-equipped kitchen and 3 common bathrooms, which are functionally ok; the problem is that no towels were provided, no cleaning was done, there is no AC or other cooling source, no TV, no cleaning was done, although I wrote a message and complained, no one answered me; another aspect to take into account are the colleagues you will have when you stay, we found cigarette butts in the sink, the toilet, although it says that smoking is prohibited indoors, the bathrooms were not disinfected for the 2 days we stayed! have also attached pictures for the relevance of the above!

The owner of the apartment is kind and somehow helpful. The apartment is relatively new. I like the shower.

Firstly, what I wrote below probably is not something due to the apartment, but also because of the weather. Nevertheless, overall the experience is not very pleasant regarding the accommodation. It’s fair and true about the issue about the apartment. The room I booked faces to the afternoon’s sun. Since there is no air conditioner, you can imagine how hot the room was. It’s on the 1st floor, and at the corner of an avenue and another street. Trams run till 2 AM in the midnight, and people on the street are also noisy. We have to open the window and endure with them, otherwise it would not be possible to sleep at all due to the temperature. We gave up the 2nd night and moved to a hotel.

No air conditioner + central street location = bad quality of sleep in the summer months...
