Maison très bien équipée et bien située tout confort avec une très belle vue sur le port, très bonne communication avec les hôtes parking gratuit en face de la maison, nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour un séjour en famille en Sardaigne

Po obu stronach tarasu są tarasy przyległych z obu stron domów. Byliśmy nie w sezonie i było cicho, ale myślę, że w lecie mogłoby nie być tak komfortowo…

It is a very spacious appartement with a nice terrace with partial view to the sea and the small town Stintino. We were 4 people and the 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms were perfect for us (without having to sacrifice the living room as sleeping area). Marco (from the administration) was very, very, friendly and guided us over video call to the right entrance and explained everything. The appartement was very well equipped and had amazingly lots of stuff for a rental! Even coffee capsules and pastries. We were only a couple of days there but I could imagine coming back and spending a longer time. I think the owner lives at the property since he showed up at our arrival to check up on us and introduced himself but otherwise he was very discreet and we didn't see him anymore.

The only thing which I didn't like, was the lighting. Almost in all the house (besides a beautiful wooden table lamp in the living room and one at one bedroom) you had energy saving lights with a "cold white light" which I personally do not like (for me, it takes away the "coziness" of the place and reminds me of industrial neons). Otherwise, we really liked the appartement and felt very comfortable there.

Domek na niewielkim wzniesieniu z którego rozpościera się widok na niewielkie miasteczko, port i ocean. Wspaniale wyposażony dom. Wszystko co potrzeba jest w zasięgu kilkuminutowego spaceru. Wspaniała lokalizacja.

Taras mógłby być lepiej urządzony: większy stół, leżaki, hamak. Ale to drobnostki które łatwo poprawić.

Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: die Wohnung liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe, Zentrum von Stintino ist sehr einfach und schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen (5 min), in der Ortschaft findet man alles was man braucht: Obst / Gemüseladen, Fleisch und Fisch, Bäcker, Souveniers, Spezializäten, Restaurants, ect. auf der Terrasse hört man abends das Nachtleben der Ortschaft, wenn man in der Wohnung ist hört man davon nichts mehr. Marco, der uns beim Checkin und Checkout begleitet hat war immer für uns verfügbar und hat uns bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen.
