Splendide endroit, personnel très sympathique, excellents dîners, tour guidé dans la réserve très agréable.

Le café n’est pas bon. Il serait utile d’investir dans une bonne machine à café permettant de faire toutes sortes de cafés, y compris des cappuccinos. Les odeurs de fosse sceptique sont très fortes dans les chambres.

General maintenance of furniture needed in the room - door handles missing or cannot close. Sewerage smells when you sit at your room patio. When you shower there is no privacy. The privacy glass is way too low. People walking and driving the golf cart paths can see in. Mosquito net holes were stitched up and looked tacky. Hospitality staff increased visibility and offerings when the executive of the business arrived or were around. Hospitality staff asked for their tips when we ordered and asked not to book to the room because they don't get paid. Booked a spa massage treatment and was expecting to be outside but placed in a room after telling the front desk to rather book the day after because we did not want to be in convenienced if it was fully booked or waiting for others to confirm. We were told we could use the sauna for free by the hospitality staff and when we arrived the day after the massage we were told by the spa staff we needed to pay and it was only free when you booked a treatment. Being asked are we still here and when are we leaving a few times. Being made to feel we over stayed our welcome. The game drive to Etosha was a speed drive through, asked to see the Etosha pan to find out later we were not taken to the main site..the priority appeared to be chasing and focusing on the big 5 and that was money wasted.

The lodge is absolutely stylish and beautiful. Staff were great, rooms very large and comfortable, food was exceptional, high tea was so good, fires were going early morning and in the evenings, plenty of spaces to relax and watch over nature.
