Rosselli 74 by Arbaspàa

Spacious apartment, interesting modern design. Well equipped kitchen. 2 balconies. Located in the center of La Spezia, yet in a quiet location. There is a good patisserie in the house next door. Nearby is the market. From the apartment to the train station is a 10 minute walk. Many thanks to Mrs Wendy for her kindness and hospitality.

It’s beautiful apartman, excelent location, spacious, lots of lights, very nice and pleasant lady (forgot her name) who met us to hand over the keys (bonus: 2 keys, most properties we rented had only 1).

We liked everything.

The location was center to everything. Easy to go back and forth to the train.

Bed was a bit firm but still comfortable.

what a great location if you are exploring the Cinque Terra! walking distance to train station and to the port to catch a boat transfer! very clean and modern throughout with a sense of space and comfort. our host, Wendy could not have been more helpful. she contacted me before arrival, met with us at checkin and even organised a taxi on departure and waited until it arrived! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this accomodation to other travellers.

if there was a negative, the apartment was on the first floor and so access to the lift would have been a bonus if you are travelling with several heavy bags. however Wendy helped with bags do it wasn’t a huge issue.
