BRAND NEW Fully Updated Condo 918 in Anacortes

Very clean and very nice.

It was clean and tidy and very easy to check in and check out. Coded door was very easy. Great space in the kitchen and lounge. Loved that both bedrooms had a bathroom.

There wasn’t enough towel racks and no where to unpack clothes. Most places supply some tea and basic kitchen oil, pepper/salt. Green tea is not what most people drink. Please put wine glasses in the kitchen.

Very clean, modern, and well kept. The location was great, would definitely book again.

Difficult to communicate with lux booking service and WiFi was terrible.

The building is modern.

At the beginning of our stay, I called and messaged customer service about the dirty towels and no washcloths. Dirty bath towels had been rolled to appear clean in one of the rooms. They requested that I send them pictures of the bath towels and I did. They later responded towels were in the linen closet and the property had no washcloths. The linen closet had 3 bath towels, sheets, and a pillow. No one offered an apology for the dirty towels or tried to get us any washcloths. For a 5-day stay my husband used his hands and a bar of soap to shower. I used soap and a hand towel. In addition, I washed dishes after breakfast one morning and placed them in the dishwasher to dry. We returned from the store to find a glass broken in the dishwasher. I informed customer service via phone call and message. Their response was to throw away a broken glass and thanked me. I asked the fee and they never responded. When packing our luggage into the vehicle about 10:50 a.m. We (the driver, my husband and I) saw a lady inside the property going out through the garage. After 11 am, I began receiving messages about missing items such as a cutting board and ceramic bowls. I responded about the cutting board, letting them know where it was in the kitchen. They responded that it was three. When we checked in, there were only two. When the message came about the bowls, I returned to the property and spoke with the housekeeper, who was there with small children. She reported to the property manager that I yelled at her. I asked her about the items they accused me of taking. She said she only reported what was not there, and she is not the only one who cleans. She said she would call the cops. I told her to call them. I received a message and a call from the property manager (PM) advising me that I was still at the property and needed to leave. I told her I had already left and my current location. The PM said they take it seriously about going to a property after checking out.

Code was easy made me a little weary about others that could have the code but that was me just feeling sketch like I offer. Do traveling w just my daughter and I.

It was great maybe lil map of city. Mieading how it was advertised for 49 then the small print made it way more
