SOHO Condotel EDSA Shaw near SM Megamall FREE Pool Access

This person should be banned from Booking.com. Literally a scammer. Will change the rate if he will fully refund my payment. This person is unreliable and hard to contact. He also did not contact me via email, phone call or message via booking app. I rate him 1* or if there is 0* then I will definitely rate him 0. Also, the admin doesn't know this person even his contact number or any identification or record. In short, untrusted.

We BOOKED here but the Agent did not show up, we tried to call him multiple times even the SOHO management tried to call him but never answered. So me and my family went to another hotel to check in. Fyi, we just arrived from NAIA Airport and see the hustle. Then, after almost 2 hours he offered us the Fame residence which we did not know and he also didn't inform us ahead of time if there is maintenance or problem in the SOHO condo unit. This is the first time I was scammed using BOOKING App and did not return back my full refund.

Soho staff were very helpful. They assisted me from the first day which started problematic already because of the unit manager's fault.

The unit manager was away, and he only had a so called assistant to meet with the client. 1. The Soho staff in the concierge did not have my name in record of those that would check in that day. I had to call the number provided in Booking com to confirm, no answer from my number so the Soho staff had to call that number using their landline phone. A guy named Ronald answered and later came over to assist me with their made up 'luggage assistant' as stated in their booking.com ad, of which Soho was not aware. There was a misrepresentation in the ad about this luggage assistant service, any person booking the place would think that this is provided by the condo itself, that there is a designated area for the luggage in case of early check in to which you would have to pay for php 100 pero hour before the check in time which is 3:00 PM. But there was no such luggage assistance area in Soho, instead, the guy-assistant of the unit owner, Andrew, would take the luggage to a specific unit also managed by them. So, my luggage was stored in unit 2221. I was told that I will have to transfer my luggage to unit 1111 when I come back at 3:00 PM or earlier when the room is ready. I left Soho around 10AM to attend my meeting, straight from my long bus trip without the chance to even wash up because they did not even allow me to do that until check in time. Before I went back to Soho, I texted the assistant I met earlier for my luggage, if the room is ready. This was around 1:30 PM. I was still in Angono, Rizal that time so plus the travel time to Shaw, I estimated to arrive past 2:00PM. I thought, it's okay, I could just wait in a café to have coffee until 3:00 PM. I arrived at 3:15. So I did not have to wait for the check in since it was already past 3:00 PM check in time. I was very tired and sleepy, and really needed to take a bath and rest.
