Little Rock Villa - Oia

L'emplacement ! Clairement un des meilleurs ! Il y a plein de villas avec piscine comme celle ci mais complètement dans le passage car il y a énormément de touristes qui viennent prendre des photos de l'église avec son dôme bleu, donc ils se retrouvent avec leur terrasse et piscine avec vue sur les touristes... cette villa est dans les dernières donc il y a que quelques touristes qui viennent jusqu'à la villa, il s'arrêtent juste avant au niveau du portail donc on est vraiment plus tranquille que les autres villas ! Juste les photographes font du bruit quand on est sur la terrasse du haut, on les entend moins sur la terrasse du bas avec les transats. La piscine avec vue, le paradis ! Petite villa adorable! Vaisselle top. Kitchenette pas idéal pour cuisiner mais parfaite pour petit déjeuner et apéro Masque et tubas fournis Petit cadeau d'accueil avec gourmandises Nicholas répond super vite aux messages et est très gentil

Les marches pour y aller ^^' heureusement Nicholas demande à Sadib de venir nous aider pour porter les bagages ! Juste Sadib n'est pas très ponctuel, ne pas hésiter à l'appeler. Dommage que la femme de ménage soit venue à 7h30 alors qu'on avait dit qu'on partait à 8h, c'était malaisant et du coup on n'a pas osé prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse Le bruit des photographes (voir commentaire "ce que vous avez aimé")

Σε αυτο το καταλυμα εμεις τελικα δεν μειναμε ποτε λογω της τοποθεσιας. Ειναι ακρως ακαταλληλο για οικογενεια (παιδια ενος και πεντε ετους) . Δεν μπορεις να μεταφερεις καν τα προσωπικα σου αντικειμενα ποσο μαλλον το καροτσι ενος μωρου και αν χρειαστεις κατι φυσικα θα πρεπει να ταλαιπωρηθεις για να ανεβεις. Τονιζω οτι οταν καναμε την κρατηση μιλησε ο συζυγος μου τηλεφωνικα με τον ιδιοκτητη και τον ρωτησε αν εχουμε πολυ περπατημα λογω παιδιων . Η απαντηση σου ηταν : ε θα περπατησετε λιγο. Επισης στα μισα του δρομου αφου εξηγησαμε πως δεν μπορουμε ναμεινουμε εκει διοτι επρεπε να κουβαλαμε τα παιδια αγκαλια ζητησαμε απο τον ιδιοκτητη οχι να μας επιστρεψει ολο το ποσο (γιατι καταννοουμε οτι το σπιτι δεσμευτηκε αυτες τις μερες για εμας) αλλα αφου δεν μπηκαμε καν μεσα ενα μερος του ποσου. Απλα δεν μας το σηκωσε ποτε ξανα οσες φορες και αν τον πηραμε.

Little Rock Villa was by far one of the most stunning properties we've ever stayed at. The villa was clean and comfortable and the views are incredible. The location could not be better for exploring Oia and walking down to Ammoudi. The hosts were responsive and helpful and provided a porter to help us get our luggage up and down the stairs, which was a life saver! They also helped us arrange transport to the ferry at the end of our stay. The pool on the property was a favorite and the cozy table seating area outside where we enjoyed our morning coffee was so relaxing.

The stairs are not for the faint of heart but we had read reviews so that wasn't a surprise.

The host was gracious to decorate the villa for my partners birthday before we checked in with complimentary wine, cake ans a hamper. The villa was perfection, the most picturesque location in Oia, and the best service. Felt like home. Value for money too, for that price in peak season to get a location like that is rare. 100/10.
