The check in instructions included the requirement to make a second payment for any potential damages, either as a $50 waiver or a $200 full refundable deposit. This should have been either mentioned or included in up front costs, but certainly mentioned as a requirement before entering into the non refundable contract when completing the reservation.

Previous owners/occupiers must have owned a cat as it did smell slightly.

No bathroom upstairs but this is just a minor issue Minor bedrooms a bit small but the comfy beds make up for that

AUThe property was pleasant. Facilities were good. TV channels/ programs were good. Plenty of potential if looked after properly.
The car parking was in a very narrow lane in front of house. Very difficult to park. It seems there has been no guests staying here for a while. Very musty smell on entry. Cobwebs & spiders in various parts of the house. Kitchen facilities were very bare minimum. A hotel has better facilities. No toaster. Suggestion to install hand rails along stairs to help elderly people to ascend & descend stairs safely.

Parking was a bit tight. Lounge window needs to be looked at.
NZNZThe location was awesome - literally 2 minutes walk to Made and little shopping street. The hosts were easily accessible via messages. The house well set-up and cosy.
Lack of heating in the bedrooms: unfortunately the heaters were either overheating the rooms, or making them freezing cold.
