2 bed Central Cardiff Apartment - sleeps five!

The location is good. You can easily walk to the city center or to the pier. Parking is easy and free.

The smell of cigarettes was extreme. When we arrived, the windows were open. It was end of december so I think they were aware of the problem. And I do not think it was from the last guests. It is a old smell. The carpet is really old and has a lot of stains. The kitchen floor and utensils were very dirty. So the cleaning has to be improved. The house is a lot older and simpler than we thought but that would be no problem if the house was clean. I would not stay here with a baby or with a kid. We were with a baby and it was not comfortable.

Lovely warm and well equipped apartment , and just less than a 20 minute walk to the principality stadium, Cardiff City centre and the train station. There were plenty of parking spaces right outside the property and lots of takeaways and convenience stores nearby . We would definitely stay again.

Aerial to TV rather awkwardly placed. Had to go across room, so restricted access without unplugging or walking under, or going over the wire.

Location was pretty good. Close to bus services. Clean enough in most rooms.

Staircase to upstairs bedrooms was narrow and steep and, as two older ladies, we were not able to take our luggage up to our respective rooms. Luggage had to be left in the living area which was a little inconvenient. Bathroom was not as clean as we'd hoped. Matter was raised with owner immediately after our stay and has apparently now been rectified. Couldn't get internet to work or the TV. Contacted owner but not resolved prior to our departure.

The flat had everything needed for a short stay with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is quiet and the accommodation easy to find with Lucies instructions. Plenty of space in the bedrooms with lots of storage, warm and toasty throughout and good parking on street.

The pans and oven were dirty with food left on them. We had to wash them along with the dishes and utensils before we could use them to cook. The oven had a very strong smell of garlic and the pans were covered in burnt food.

2 floors, 2 real bedrooms at a good price Responsive host.

A bit outside of downtown- but not far (and this could be a plus, as it was reasonably quiet); bathroom was quite small.

Not the host's fault, but an abandoned vehicle outside the property made turning to park in the cul de sac a little tricky, hopefully this will be removed soon
