Modern 2-Bedroom Apartment in Sheffield City Centre with Balcony, 2 Bathrooms & 4K Smart TV - Sleeps 6

Mo was a great host, he was able to meet us last minute to drop keys off after we had a previous apartment cancel on us and try and scam us as we arrived. Mo was also on hand to support us with a few things throughout the stay and had great communication. The flat was clean and has everything we needed.

Big space and handy sofa bed although we didn’t need it Secure parking space for one car was very useful

Linen and towels could have been fresher. Fridge freezer had been switched off. Complimentary milk had gone sour Noisy bars nearby if windows open

Host service could have been better. Kept my deposit and agreed refundable amount for nearly two months, had to chase it from me to only get it yesterday. Calls and messages were ignored. I understand you mention you take your service and job seriously, but your actions towards me as a customer says otherwise. There was no sense of professionalism. Troublesome to deal with. But the property on the other hand was lovely.

Good size apartment with good facilities in Central Sheffield. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine Wifi by EE. Flats on the first floor near a bar so during opening hours, there is a lot of city noise , but after closing time the area is very quiet. There is no lockbox for the key the owner had to meet me at the flat

Very roomy, owner turned heating on for us so it would be warm when we arrived, beds were super comfy, supplied tea/coffee and milk, in a perfect location for everything

It is a bit loud at night on the weekends as it’s next to west street but nothing you can’t ignore
