Other noisy/rowdy guests all hours throughout the night, 😡😡😡

Had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean, comfy bed and great staff.

Nothing to dislike we would definitely stay here again.

Myself and my little girl came to stay first let me say the staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful our room was immaculate and the food fab my low score has nothing to do with the anchor itself it was the fact that at 2.40am a very drunk guest was banging on all the doors on our landing trying to get in which scared my 12 year old daughter to death she's autistic so doesn't cope very well with the shouting he was doing,also when we left the room the following morning had to make our way through broken glass all on the landing where had had smashed pictures on the wall with a fire extinguisher so unfortunately no sleep after this incident happened

The room was really spacious, nicely presented and comfortable. It was in a separate block of six rooms separate from the main hotel. It was really quiet, warm and everything was clean . The whole process was very simple booking in and checking out and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Good parking too, which was free. Definitely recommend.
