Bed& Boujee by the pier

Clear instructions from the host prior to arrival. There was air show and parking suspension on the day of check out , the host ensured the message reached me prior and I can arrange alternate arrangement , so not to get fined. Host was available via message and replies were instant or quick. Wifi was good , tv good working condition , cleanliness : very clean modern flat bathroom : neat clean toilet and shower room bed: comfortable sofa bed : comfortable kitchen : functional with utensils and coffee/tea Towels - we did not expect towels , but was pleasant to see and it was clean and fresh Location - one street away from the beach and very close to main street and train station

1. Flat is on 2nd floor 2.Only one set of key , so if families want to split their time , then some one has to come down all the way to ground floor to let them in (due to the nature of the flat , a remote entry is not possible , but may be future prospect if all the flats agree) 3.shower gel - may have been provided ? or host could add this in the message template , so we could have brought it ourselves all the above points - did not affect the rating , we enjoyed everything.

The property is in a great position, super close to everything. The property had all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable and practical stay. Very well furnished and very clean. The owner had great communication with me and overall it was a great stay for me and my partner. We had a really nice time in Paignton which was made even better by the B&B. I’d highly recommend this B&B.

Lots of space to relax in. Each room has plenty of space. Bright and modern. Bed was so comfortable and shower really nice. Great location!

Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly (under lid). Carpet coming away from flooring (obviously didn’t affect stay). Back of sofa was broke so couldn’t lean back fully on one side.

Location was perfect easy to find. The stay was great and would recommend to anyone that views and wants to stay there

The apartment was fantastic. Even though you can’t park there in the day there was a pay and display car park right next to it for £1.70 for the day so worked well

Close to sea front, well equipped with high quality appliances, crockery and cutlery. Large pay car park 50 yards from.property if no space to park on street. Once in apartment very quiet. Apartment very cold on arrival but host responded immediately and problem resolved.

Entrance to property very poor - small front garden very scruffy, and whole external appearance of property very poor. Once inside and up the stairs it was fine, but initial impression was poor.

the whole place was lovely you had salt pepper oils you could use. Cloths washing up liquid were all provided
