The condo was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The lock is difficult to use and we accidentally locked it up trying to get in at about 1am and there was no way to contact the owner. The only phone number was turned off so we had to go spend $288 at a hotel until they finally responded at 7:30am and unlocked the door. The only thing the owner asked was “how many times did you try the code”. I told him I don’t know the exact amount of times and that doesn’t matter. The point is we are locked out and had no way in or to get ahold of them because they turned off the only form of contact we had. My husband was the one who locked it when he went to get his inhalers out of the room. No apology, no offered refund from the owner. Nothing. I called locksmiths and they weren’t open, called the non-emergency police, they said they can’t help and they owners should be contacted and if they won’t answer we can break in but obviously will be responsible for damages. Overall great stay just need better ways to get communication in an emergency 24/7.
