"Apartment is good, but service and maintenance are poor."

The apartment was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Good walking distance to supermarket and coffee shop. The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge & freezer, water boiler and coffee machine.

The apartment was not cleaned properly when we arrived, with crumbs left in the kitchen. The floor in the kitchen is sticky from all the grease - not nice to walk on barefoot. The whole interior seems quite worn and not very fresh. The sink in the bathroom was leaking water the first night we stayed, but the leakage disappeared the day after when the handymen came by. We were provided with very little toilet paper when we checked in, and it was finished after second night after of our stay. I reached out to the staff to ask for more, and was asked told that I need to go and buy it myself?! Totally unheard of bad quality of services!!
