Amazing location, great price, and good communication. Room was exactly as I expected and I had a brilliant stay.

You do have to climb steps to get to the property and again to third floor once inside, but they are very up front about this beforehand. The metro passes nearby which can cause rumbling.

Le tram qui est très bruyant et qui fait trembler la chambre La douche était détériorée On nous demande nos papiers d’identité et une taxe de séjour en plus !

La propreté des appartements et la déco sympa. À 2 pas du Douro et du vieux Porto.

L’appartement du deuxième étage était très humide et sombre Difficulté à ouvrir les serrures à l’arrivée. Absence d’affichage du code wifi. Les 2 appartements loués se situent en dessous la ligne de métro aérien du pont Luís … bruit infernal toutes les 10 minutes de 5h30 à 1h du matin fenêtres fermées ! Déçus et surpris qu’aucun avis de l’annonce ne mentionnait ces désagréments

Toilet needs to have a wall, really. And if you´re staying in the summer, be prepared it´ll be too noisy due to a railway!

Prachtige ligging

De tram rijdt als het ware de kamer binnen. Van s morgensvroeg 6u tot middernacht. Slapen mag je vergeten

O quarto em si é bonito, arranjado e moderno

Tem muitas escadas até chegar ao quarto. O quarto tava todo inundado com água quando cheguei ao quarto. Televisão não funciona. So tive direito a 1 1/2 de Papel higiénico. Água no chão, na cama, no sofá, em todo lado. E quando fiz questão de falar com o senhor do apartamento, ele não me respondeu às mensagens.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It was nice, incredibly clean, easily accessible, and situated in a very good location. The bed was comfortable. This is an excellent choice for a short visit to Porto, especially if you want to enjoy Ribeira, as it is located very close to the bridge. For those, like myself, who can turn a potential drawback into a benefit, the morning train noise actually serves as a useful alarm to ensure you wake up early and maximize your time exploring Porto.

We had only one suggestion for improvement: The toilet area needs a functional door to ensure privacy. While the accommodation is ideal for couples, offering this basic level of separation would significantly improve the comfort and pleasantness of the place.

De locatie is perfect, je bent zo aan de kades en in het centrum. Alleen een klein beetje conditie vereist. Het geluid van de overkomende tram op de Luis I-brug raak je snel aan gewend.

Het dak lekte de eerste nacht. Met handdoeken en behelpen hebben we het uiteindelijk droog gehouden. Gelukkig bleef het beperkt tot de eerste nacht, waarschijnlijk stond de wind op het dak in combinatie met de regen.

Bel appartement, bien équipé, bien rénové, très propre. Bien situé.

Lors d'une nuit de pluie, nous avons pris de l'eau sur la figure au niveau de la tête de lit, obligé de déplacer le lit et d'éponger. Table et lampe de chevet mouillées. Pas catastrophique mais pas très sécurit et quand même désagréable ! Travaux d'étanchéité à prévoir !
