George IV Bridge - Superbly located 3 bedroom!

Location was perfect! Short walk to everything,.Christmas market , castle, museums , art, galleries , St Giles,train station,bus stops and many restaurants and jazz bar close by. Highly recommend Italian restaurant across the street. Spilt bedrooms up stairs and 1 down perfect for family vacation. Large dining room table for family dinners

As mentioned in other reviews. Stairs up to the Flat do not give a good first impression. The stairs were not a problem for us 65 and 72 They might be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Schimmel an Fenstern und allgemein sehr dreckig. Fehlende Stühle die durch Bürostühle ersetzt wurden… Sehr viel Staub, nichts für Allergiker.

Very spacious. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect! Everything was in walking distance.

The showers were not that powerful but that was the only downfall!

Location could not be beat, it was amazing for our quick stay in Edinburgh. Overall it was a great space for our group (2 couples and a single)! Rooms were clean, quiet, spacious, and we felt safe in the area. Would definitely recommended to others heading to Edinburgh.

Did not love the stair climb to get to the property (not sure what we expected), and one of the mirrors did fall off the wall while we were on site, but otherwise, it was a great stay!

The location is excellent--near the Kirk of the Greyfriars if you know Edinburgh--and there is an excellent Italian restaurant across the street.

The wifi was not working throughout our stay. The hosts did refund me a little bit for the extra expense one of us had using telephone data. The hosts didn't fully describe the flights of winding stairs from the street to the apartment and another flight within the apartment. When I complained about the description (or lack thereof), they tried to put the blame on me, saying that I should have made more effort to say what my group required. The outside lock box with the keys is up rather high; only one of us three women could reach it. (Two of us are of average heights--not particularly petite.) The same tall woman had difficulty with the low ceiling in the toilettes on the second floor. We couldn't find the proper coffee "pods" at the grocery store for the coffeemaker in the kitchen, and the hosts left us none. One night there was quite a bit of noise on the street in the middle of the night when a nearby bar closed for the night. This apartment might work well for a family with children, but even children would be unhappy with the non-working wifi.
