I am writing to formally complain about the serious difficulties we experienced during our recent stay booked through Booking.com. When we arrived at the apartment in the evening, we were unable to access the property because the key box could not be opened using the code provided to us. We contacted your staff immediately, and we spent a long time on WhatsApp video calls trying to follow their instructions. Despite multiple attempts, the code did not work, and we remained outside the apartment late at night. We have photos, videos, WhatsApp call records, and other evidence documenting the situation and the difficulties we faced while trying to enter the apartment. Due to the stress and inconvenience caused, we informed your employee that we wanted to cancel the booking. However, he advised us not to cancel and assured us that the office would provide compensation for the inconvenience and that he would discuss the matter with the office. More than a week has now passed, and although we have followed up several times, we have not received any clear response regarding the compensation that was promised to us. We have already returned to our country, but we expect this matter to be resolved fairly. Please review our case and inform us about the compensation you intend to provide within 72 hours. Otherwise, we will submit all supporting evidence to Booking.com and request their intervention. Thank you for your attentio

And the aircondition thats no good

El alojamiento era cómodo, volveríamos por qué además está relativamente cerca de la playa y el sitio da bastante vida. Hay restaurantes en la zona.

Éramos 4 personas. 5 días y los implementó a de limpieza fue poco. El papel higiénico dejaron 2 rollos pequeños. Nos tocó coger uno de los eldredones de la habitación por qué no había uno más para el sofá cama.

Compleet appartement. Geweldig uitzicht. Rustig gelegen.

La vue panoramique magnifique

La vue sur mer, la propreté et le comfort

Mauvais emplacement rien de proche il faut une voiture pour se déplacer et le parking la nuit est presque impossible

La piscina.

Falta de espacio para dejar los enseres personales (hay 2 armarios cerrados con llave y hay una balda de la habitación ocupada con 2 sillas playeras con indicación expresa de no utilizar). Éramos 2 adultos y 1 niño y aún teniendo constancia del 3 ocupante no nos dejaron ropa de cama ni aseo para el niño. El detector del humo del salón es muy sensible salta al ponerte a cocinar. La agencia que comercializa este establecimiento es muy invasiva (ver no ves a nadie) pero e-mails de marketing de contrata seguros, haz tú check online y te recuerdas tus normas de check out al segundo día de tu estancia de 5!!

Gostei de todo o meio envolvente, praias, património histórico, da simpatia das pessoas com quem contatámos. Adorei as praias.
