Ubicación perfecta, piso amplio, luminoso y con una pequeña terraza estupenda.

Las camas terribles exceptuando una. Reservamos para 4 personas y lo lógico es que hubiéramos tenido 4 camas. No tres y algo que llaman supletoria.

Sporca e non è climatizzata

Very spacious apartment with a nice balcony. Very comfortable and perfect for two people.

Communication was difficult at times being an English speaker, but nothing that wasn’t overcome with the right people.

The decor and the furnishings were great! Loved the two balconies! The location was very close to all the cool things to do in Udine!

I thought there would be dish soap and enough toilet paper and dish towels for the stay. We didn’t want to run the dishwasher for the few dishes we used.

Spacious, quiet and good location

It would have been appreciated to have toilet rolls and some tea/coffee/sugar It was extremely hot without aircon but we appreciate the weather during our stay was exceptionally hot. A second fan would have been needed if our 3rd person had been able to join us as originally planned.

The bed could have been more comfortable, and it would be nice to have a fan in each bedroom

The property is very spacious, clean and has a nice kitchen and a balcony with a view. The furniture is late 20th century style, but in very good shape. The center of town is within walking distance. Car can be parked in the street outside the building. We felt very comfortable and would come again.

The 25 EUR surplus policy for late-check-in after 21:00, which was strictly enforced by the agent. The policy was clearly communicated beforehand and did not come as a surprise, so OK from that end - but still annoying when arriving at 21:20 after having been delayed by massive traffic jams on the motorway.
