The size of the property, location, Clive's of Cropthorne Sunday lunch.

Sofa too low and uncomfortable, would also not be suitable for four people. Beds not comfortable and bedding not ironed. Shower drain not cleaned. See

Location was ideal what we needed

No contact with host. No welcome pack like milk , tea ,coffee , biscuits. No toiletries soap, toothpaste . Damage within Property Chair in kitchen floor in lounge, bin in bedroom and photo frame. Burn marks on carpet top of stairs Lock missing on toilet door! Cups/ mugs missing, non suitable glasses to drink from. Barbecue in photos on Internet seems to be next door? DISAPPOINTED.

Not able to adjust the thermostat, (did not work)so was chilly in the evening Dripping tap in kitchen - fixed after mentioned it

Love the location. Wonderful it’s next to a farm shop. It’s a nice building with not too much space. Good walks for dogs off road. Very pleasant surroundings.

Lacked equipment. Only 2 mugs. Had to buy some for our visitors. No saucepans for making meals despite being self catering. Dishwasher blocked and tap needed a washer constantly dripping. It has gone down hill with the cleaning. Very dusty and not well cleaned. Not like our previous stay. A bit disappointing this time.
