CNThe check in and concierge service was top notch, friendly and professional. Location is perfect, and the bed was a dream to sleep in.
The aircon unit shone a light into the whole room but manageable with a face mask, lol. Ear plugs needed if you're sensitive to traffic noise.

1)bruit car la porte du balcon est de mauvaise qualité ,donc bruits extérieurs. 2)le gerant me demande si je peux quitter les lieux 1 heure plutôt car il a besoin de nettoyer l appartement pour le client suivant.On croit rêver.

AULocation, friendly staff and the pool.
Only one lift (elevator) was working but the security guard kept it under control. The food upstairs was a bit pricey for what it is plus why can’t I order drinks or snacks next to the pool? There’s seating and restaurant but they refuse to serve and kept sending us up stairs. Pool towel was also not available or at least not offered in my 5 nights of stay. Oh, the fridge also wasn’t working but didn’t bother telling anyone. It would be nice to get them check before us checking in or at least warn the guest that it’s not working or not plugged or turned on. It will also be good to provide soap dish. As per photo, the soap just dissolved on the sink counter due to lack of “dish” for soap.

PHI had a fantastic stay at this condo in BGC right beside SM Aura. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need just a short walk away—shopping, dining, entertainment, and more. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home away from home. The host was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting BGC!
PHi had a great stay! i was late but the owner was responsive. 24 hrs check in reception and daily housekeeping. best thing is, right beside sm aura. super convenient and cozy! will book again
