Town Centre 4-bed House

Location was good. House was a bit bare and drab. Things were piled up in the corner of the living room. Drapes and furniture tattered and in need of some repair. Kitchen facilities good when we understood how to use the appliances. An instruction sheet on how to turn on the stove and other appliances would be beneficial for those who come from outside of Europe. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible by my handicapped wife.

Landlord refuses to answer phone calls

Exposed electrical wiring. Socket not stable left lying on floor. Electric / static noise On going alarm buzzer with multiple fault codes. This property is dangerous and inhabitable if the local council finds out they will shut this property down. Investigate this matter and please ensure you resolve the issue today by latest 1pm.

The bathrooms were modern and the showers functioned well. The location was perfect for our needs. I also appreciated the availability of the fans although a couple of them were not working.

It was not particularly clean and there were a few fixtures that were broken (eg the lock on one of the bathrooms, the patio door did not open). Also, the barking dog next door early every morning was very annoying.

Unterkunft ist gross und es waren einigermassen grosse Zimmer. Die Lage war sehr gut und man konnte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof laufen. Liam war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Die Betten waren zum Teil extrem klein. Beim Schlafzimmer mit dem Badezimmer ging die Dusche nicht und ein Bett sowie ein Föhn waren kaputt.
