Stylish Central Apartment - 5 mins to Old Town

Schön renoviertes Haus, sehr zentral, kurze Wege zum Bahnhof und in die Altstadt, die wenigen Quadratmeter des Appartements sind gut aufgeteilt, sauber, hell und freundlich, großes Bad, die Küchenausstattung ist knapp, aber hinreichend.

Der erste positive Eindruck weicht schnell der Ernüchterung. Bett ist für zwei Leute ziemlich schmal (nur 120cm Breite) und war offenbar anders vorgesehen, wie man an den (jetzt sinnlosen) Nachttischlampen an der Wand sieht. Weitere Mängel: leichter Schimmelgeruch im Bad, Wasser aus Duschwanne läuft aus, Mikrowelle ist total verdreckt, Wasserhahn und Steckdose in Küchenzeile sind locker, Kühlschrank und Abluft im Bad sind laut, der Wasserkocher schaltet nicht mehr ab (Brandgefahr!), keinerlei Möglichkeit für Kaffeezubereitung (außer Wasserkocher). Viele dieser Dinge sind auch in anderen Rezensionen schon erwähnt, aber die Vermietungsfirma scheint kein Interesse an Verbesserungen zu haben. Bei offenem Fenster trotz Innenhoflage nicht besonders leise durch andere Gäste (das gesamte Haus ist in zahlreiche Ferienappartments aufgeteilt). Obwohl die Vermietungsfirma es auf der Webseite selbst anbietet und ich sechs Tage vorher angefragt habe, ob wir beim Auschecken das Gepäck noch zwei Stunden länger stehen lassen können, habe ich nie eine Antwort bekommen. Außer Booking gibt es keine Kontaktmöglichkeit wie E-Mail oder Telefon.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The bed is not a real bed; it pulls out from a cabinet, with a thin and extremely uncomfortable mattress, and I had back pain every morning. The TV doesn’t work because the antenna cable is missing. There is no coffee machine. There is no toaster. There is no drying rack to hang clothes if you want to use the washing machine. There are no garbage bags, and there was only one roll of toilet paper. I asked for an extra roll and after 3 days waiting... They was told it costs €30!

Znakomita lokalizacja - blisko do dworca i centrum a równocześnie cicho i spokojnie.

Łóżko mogłoby być nieco lepsze (samodzielne zamiast rozkładanego z szafy).

Şehir merkezine Old Town a oldukça yakın. Oda temizdi. Günlük ihtiyaçlarımız karşılayabileceğimiz her şey mevcut. Yakınlarda market eczane alışveriş merkezi mevcuttur

Aslında beğenmeyecek pek bir şey yok sadece su satıcısı otomatik kapanmıyor dikkat etmezseniz yangına sebep olabilir oteli bu konuda uyardım umarım değiştirirler

The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were fantastic. The host was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make the stay comfortable for me and make sure I had the cooking utensils I needed. The check-in and check-out were so easy. Super location. Walking distance to old town. Beautiful parks nearby. Fantastic restaurants in walking distance.
