Good location; good parking; TV and speakers (sound system) are excellent.

Compared to last year’s unit and experience which was better - this particular unit B31-3 is very dusty (clothes you put on the shelf will come off with dusts as bonus, you get the picture) and some parts in bathrooms looking awful. The cleaning department can do a better job; which they didn’t. The furnitures are very flimsy - some parts are loose or about to fall off. Need some Allen keys to tightened the parts. Beds and pillows passable. Bathrooms Towels are old. Sofa is plain uncomfortable. No cabinets for clothing in bedroom - you get indoor clothes hangers type.

dirty toilet. no toilet outside room. lift compact everytime due to 1 not functioning. very hard n thin matress.

1st time in my homestay booking I have experienced a small mini theatre in house..I'm in love 😘

Only the bedroom bed is too low and very hard material and it's causing some uneasiness for pregnant women and elderly people, in future if can double the matters or replace a comfortable bed, at least something different.. otherwise overall perfect..
