Beach (3mins walk) Apartment. Newly Renovated.

El apartamento presenta un estado de mantenimiento lamentable: plaga de hormigas en los dormitorios (incluso en las camas), un agujero en el techo con goteras y, para rematar, no tuvimos a penas agua caliente durante la estancia. Lo más grave es la actitud del anfitrión. Antes de llegar, nos ofreció un reembolso del 10% a cambio de que nosotros mismos vaciáramos los cubos de agua de sus goteras. Ahora se niega a pagar el reembolso prometido y se está inventando daños falsos en el piso para intentar intimidarnos y que no nos quejemos. Es una táctica de represalia inaceptable.La gestión es totalmente hostil. No reservéis aquí si no queréis dormir con insectos y acabar siendo amenazados por el dueño.

The apartment is fine for summer and warm days. But in this trip it was cold and totally blocked from any sun. The owners were kind to add some electric heating and that saved us from relocating since we had with us 4 small children.

There is mold in the apartment on the wall near the entrance. We cleaned and disinfected the area as best we could but are still experiencing some symptoms and left sooner than planned because of it. This massive rain and cold is perhaps not the usual weather in Marbella but it needs to be looked at asap.

It is close to the beach

The reality was not consistent with the offer. The apartment is located on the ground floor from the entrance side and when you go deeper inside it turns into basement (due to the building being located in the slope). 3 out of 5 bedrooms have no windows! You can feel the basement humidity in the air. The view from the windows in the living room and 2 other bedrooms is on the outdoor utility storage or patio. There are bars on all the windows. In case of any emergency the only exit from the apartment is through the entrance door only. The patio is very small. The apartment is claustrophobic, dark and gloomy, with very limited daylight. We are in a dispute with the landlord due to the apartment not being in line with the offer and basic expectations you may have as a tenant (eg. that bedrooms shall have windows! - there was no information about it in the offer neither about the location in the basement and the pictures do not show this as well). We do not recommend this apartment at all.

Great location, and well equipped apartment. Dan was SO helpful with lots of tips before we arrived and agreed to late check out! The grounds and pool were beautiful.

Loads of space and nicely renovated. Beds, bedding and towels were all really great quality. Dan was simply lovely. Really responsive and super helpful.
