ROClean, big room, well equipped, there was nothing that we needed and wasn't there. It has excellent location, very close to the train station. The host was very nice, we told her we'll do an early checkout, at 5:45 am and she managed to be there to take the keys and made sure everything was okay.
The only aspect that keeps it from being a 10 is the soundproofing. At night and in the morning you can hear every noise from the street and the only night when we stayed there it was quite noisy, so I personally couldn't get a good rest. But this is only an issue if you are sensitive towards noises when sleeping. Otherwise it's a 10.
