Cebu City Condo in IT Park with Pool & Netflix

The communication prior to my arrival and during my stay was absolutely magnificent. Within minutes, you would have a response if you needed to reach out to the property. The property is extremely well located in IT park. Everything is within just a few minutes walking distance. Although this particular room is a bit on the small side, it has absolutely everything that you need. Also very well decorated and it feels very comfortable as if a home away from home.

Locatin was the only good thing.

Nightmare from the start.....when I arrived they had no idea who I was. The room is TINY. They have a pool but it's closed much of the time, and when it's open you have to get a new pass everyday (silly) and the pool guard lady is weird and gruff. Also....it 's not like a hotel.....there is no maid service....you have to pay to have the towels cleaned.....you have to empty the trash on your own.... Ive actually spent less at a hotel that was nicer. I will say that the staff was nice and the location is good. But overall not a good value.

Great location and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Was quite noisy during the night with scooters peeping horns.

they cancel my booking and i didn't receive refund. its a big scam. i hate that i book that condotel. i want my refund.

The room was very clean and spacious. It had really good amenities. It's in a really good location.

The internet was very slow. We had to use our data in the end because it wasn't working. There is only one outlet so it can be tricky if you need to charge or plug multiple things. The bed was a bit lumpy so sleep was a bit uncomfortable. It took awhile for the concierge to allow us into the room. The host sorted it out in the end but it would have been better if we didn't have to wait 15-20mins especially after a long drive.
