Having to collect the keys from another address and return on leaving, A key box would be better.

The location was fabulous ... this suited my mum v well as she could happily enjoy the view or pop across the road fr a paddle. The flat is beautifully laid out and furnished. Well equipped and well organised. It was helpfil to have a lot of info in theguest book aout what to do and how etc.

A minor thing ... it was unclear whether this was a ground floor flat. From the description I thought it was. Happily my elderly mum can climb stairs bit it would be helpfil to make it clear. The second thing is very serious and I am unhaply about it. This flat was clearly advertised at a particular price. I was looking for a place in Frinton and found this place within a price range. I checked wth others and we were all happy with locatipn, description and price. I sent a request to book and was replied to within a few hours of "yes" and quoted an increased price with no explanation at all for the change. This is totally unacceptable. I was not in a position to start my search again and then have to re organise everyone in the holiday party. We paid almost 100 sterling extra .... that is 20 % increase on the advertised price. I would like this to be addressed swiftly as i have never come across this problem in any form before. Please send me an explanation and how this is defensible. It really spoilt my feeling towards the place.
