There was absolutely nothing to like about this property

Unsafe property. Roaches, filthy, toilet issues, hanging wires, no smoke alarms, horrible communication with property management BEWARE!!!!

During the walk-through, several issues were observed that need to be addressed. There was a large dead roach in the corner of the dining room, and the kitchen floor had not been adequately cleaned. In the bedroom located next to the washer and dryer, the bed sheets were not clean, and there was a noticeable musty odor. While the patio area appeared inviting, it was not usable for long because ants crawled up the chairs and onto our skin, which was very unpleasant. Although the front of the property looks presentable, we also felt uncomfortable during our visit because of a black car parked there by a neighbor or an unknown individual. It felt as though we were being watched, which made the experience uneasy. Also, the fridge door doesnt close all the way; you have to push hard on it These issues significantly impacted our impression of the property and should be taken into consideration. Location wasn't bad. Quite spacious.

The pool wasn't cleaned while we were there and the garbage wasn't collected. Supply pantries which contained garbage bags, detergent etc. for the house were locked.

The house was perfect, my family really had a great time We will definitely recommend this property.
